Shipping Policy – Akira Knives

Akira Knives offers free insured shipping on all orders, including shipments to the United States and other international destinations. All shipments include tracking and are insured against loss or damage during transit.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 4 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary due to product availability, quality control, or supplier coordination. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Total estimated delivery time, including processing and shipping, is approximately 8 to 12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Akira Knives does not guarantee delivery dates.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active and update within the carrier’s system.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Akira Knives has no control over customs processing times and cannot influence clearance decisions.

Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or delivery refusal are not eligible for a refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information shows an order as delivered but the package has not been received, the customer must first contact the local carrier. If further assistance is required, the customer must contact support@akiraknives.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
